The Prime Four Development Framework was adopted, after extensive community consultation by Aberdeen City Council as Planning Guidance in September 2011. This framework establishes the principle of the Prime Four Development and provides detailed guidance as to how Prime Four should develop and will ensure that the quality and aims of Prime Four are maintained as the development progresses. The Aberdeen Local Development Plan has been approved by the Scottish Ministers and the City Council.
The Development Framework sets aside an area at Prime Four for the inclusion of shops, leisure facilities and a hotel. It is expected that this area will be used by occupiers of Prime Four and by the local community. Proposal of Application notices (i.e. a notice intimating that we intend submitting planning application(s) for this area) have been submitted to Aberdeen City Council.
As part of our on- going public consultation exercise at Prime Four, we are keen to gather as much information as we can from local residents to help inform the detailed design of the Hub area and l next phase of the Business Park. We would be very grateful if you would take the time to complete the questionnaire and / or let us have any comments you wish to make.
Your comments will assist us in preparing more detailed proposals for the area which can be discussed at the public event to be held at the Fourmile house on Wednesday 22nd February.
