Phase 2 construction
July start date for Premier Oil and De Vere build
Construction of the second phase of Prime Four is set to begin in July 2013.
Following planning approval from Members of Aberdeen City Council’s development management sub-committee in March, work will start on the state-of-the-art 70,000 sq ft UK North Sea base for Premier Oil, and a five storey 148 bedroom hotel complex for De Vere Village Urban Resorts, which will include business and conferencing facilities, restaurants, a Starbucks, bars, and a luxury health spa and leisure club, including a gym and swimming pool.
Both complexes are expected to be completed by the summer of 2014, and will surround the Fourcourt plaza, designed to be the social hub of the Prime Four. Development of the Fourcourt will also see additional services and amenities introduced to the park including the 'Kingswellies Nursery' and other retail outlets and associated services.13/06/2013
